21. In relation to that… learn not to hesitate to turn your back on people who make you feel worthless… surrounding yourself with negativity is bad for you
22. Education is the only thing people can’t take away from you… unless your school revokes your diploma
23. Becareful of the Greedy - they will always want more than their fair share from you.
24. Becareful of the Jealous - they will want what is yours, yep the jealous even go so far as taking advantage of your generosity, by borrowing what you have and wearing it down.
25. Becareful of what you say to those who like to tell gossip to you - behind your back they are also gossiping about you because access to gossip has a price and who knows when it will be your misfortune that is up for payment.

Work/Business

1. I’ve reaped the benefits of pursuing what I love doing as a career…
2. Pushing the envelope of our capabilities is what we were meant for…
3. Find a Mentor… Be a mentor
4. One can never succeed without help from others…
5. In relation to above, never forget the people who’ve helped you…
6. Never be discouraged and always reach for your dreams…
7. Algebra is not the only mathematical tool you’ll ever need in life…
8. It doesn’t matter if you are moving slow… as long as you are moving forward…
9. Crying and Failure is nothing to be ashamed of…
10. When in doubt… over estimate…
11. Now… is always the best time to do something… as well as back-up data…
12. When it comes to money & business… trust nobody… it is the greatest temptation…
13. Never get emotionally attached in business… if it’s not doing good… don’t hesitate to walk away, rather than waste all your resources in a dying cause…
14. If your employee is somebody that the business cannot function without (key resource)… promote him/her or make him a part owner… else, get rid of that business because the moment he/she’s gone, you are screwed… else, replicate his/her’s job function…
15. Business deals must benefit both parties… i.e. try not to be somebody’s bitch and try not to make anybody your bitch…
16. Never neglect the knowledge gained from sage advice, a business plan and an in-depth market study.

I decided to make this list, least I forget the stuff I’ve learned from Life… and add into it further as I progress farther into life…
