There must be something terribly wrong with the values of a country, when based on popularity alone a person can run and win the highest office in the country…but hell I’m getting ahead of myself, election is still a full 6 months away, all he did was say that he was running…Wifey would be saying right about now that I’m too pessimistic…But then again, I’m riding on the history of past elections. How come we seem to never learn? Like what was Erap’s greatest achievement? Centralizing gambling in the country? Making malacanang the most happening party place in Manila? Making the Presidential boat an extension of Casino Filipino? I have nothing against FPJ, but for the love of the country…can’t we put somebody in charge of the country with at least a college degree? Heck for company President you have to have at least the experience or an MBA in order to get hired…It speaks poorly of a countries intellectual capacity…but then again, the Americans did vote for Arnold Schwarzenegger as governor of LA…and he wasn’t even American in the first place…but the US isn’t in the economic blackhole that we are in. A little more of this and maybe they soon will be…
