Believing in ET is OK

Hey, great news. The Vatican announced that believing in aliens is not contradictory to the teachings of the Church.

Rev. Jose Gabriel Funes, the Jesuit director of the Vatican Observatory, said that aliens would still be God’s creatures. Ruling out the existence of aliens would be like “putting limits” on God’s creative freedom.

I just hope that God didn’t make any “Alien” aliens…

Predators are cool though… *snicker*

Reminds of this sci-fi/fantasy novel by Robert Silverberg — can’t quite recall the title, but it was about Gypsies. In the book, they’re descended from an alien race that settled on Earth (initially on Atlantis) when their sun went supernova, which was the Star of Bethlehem! Wala lang, nag-share lang ako… hehehe! :)

Yeah, good of the Church to declare this. They move at a glacial pace, though. ;)

I guess the mantle of “What ever you bound in earth will be bound in Heaven” strapped on your back forces you to move very very slow *snicker*
