SmartBro System Screw Up?
This I can’t understand about my intermittent Smart Broadband Connection. I get intermittent connection yet during the sporadic times I have connection I get a ping response from the DNS servers of SmartBro with a time of 30-40ms.
Usually if my line of site to the base station is bad I should get 70 and above return times (along with the intermittent connection). What gives SmartBro?, another botched upgrade down the line that leaves the Base station flaky?
Ask me what time those tech guys came to my house to reposition my antenna? Well you can’t!, because they never came… and based from experience they never do!… Hahaha
