Yep… I’ve had intermittent connection since I last complained here… being only able to surf at night… they promised that they would send somebody over to re-align my antenna… but for the Nth time they never did… yet when I pass by the houses in my place I see new SmartBro Antenna’s going up… so screwing new people is more a priority to them than taking care of their loyal client base…ah yes, it is getting crowded over here and the bandwidth with it, getting scarce…
So let this be a warning… Stay Away from Smart Bro!!!… they’ll really screw you over…

actually, ok naman nung unang kinabit ung smartbro di2 samin. pero ngaun, parang bampira na 2ng smartbro. parang call center agent. mas ok ba ung sa globe etc..? parang ayoko na irenew ung subscription namin d2.
