Update: NU defeats ADMU 88-96 in Overtime. The Bulldogs, in their last game of the season played their hearts out and threw a monkeywrench in the post regular season standings.

Now ADMU stepped down a notch and tied DLSU’s record creating a new void for second place. A tie breaking game has to be played between DLSU and ADMU in order to determine second place and most importantly who gets the twice to beat advantage.

ADMU is such a jerk! Not able to win against a team with nothing to lose (referring to NU) is a big joke! I guess, this points out that it should be DLSU not ADMU who must be taking the twice to beat advantage! PAreho lang chamba panalo ng ADMU - tru “cheating - playing both imports the same time should have been given some sorta penalty” and the non=called fould on rico at the buzzer (b*llsh*t) against lasalle. i wonder who will win the knockout game for 2nd spot — it must be DLSU now! go lasalle!

I think it has to be pointed out, that historically DLSU has also been known to fall once in a while to NU, even while carrying an impeccable season record… :D

NU was just the better team yesterday against ADMU… they anticipated a lot of drop passes and put quick players on Arao to strip him of the ball… not to mention that it was Fernandez’s hot shooting from the arc that broke the game open.

I’m not sure, but I think it was Fernandez’s Swan Song yesterday, meaning his last game for the Bulldogs. I guess the entire team was motivated enough to go out in a Blaze of Glory…

    give up guys…natalo na kayo..hehe :)
we’ll see if ADMU really deserves the 2nd spot which they got from us — luckily, hehe..:p and i’m pretty sure, we will get back at you ateneans..hehe :p
the only game you can beat the hell out of dlsu is tru cheerleading — we really suck! slow motion kasi..dapat di na sumali dlsu dun..hehehe, congrats to UP!
Who has tickets for the forthcoming ADMU and DLSU showdown? san madali kumuha ng tickets? thanks :P

tsaka di naman siguro nakakahiya na matalo sa NU eh, the best among the best players din naman yung nasa team nila. nagkataon lang na wala masyado silang panalo this season, pero di naman ibig sabihin na pag natalo sa kanila, eh sobrang walang kwenta na yung team. :)

Man for man, and size-wise, Ateneo this year has a better team than La Salle. Let us not forget that NU togeher with Ateneo and lately La Salle were the only teams that came close to beating UE. In Saturday’s game versus NU, the Ateneo players were listless and did not have a killer instinct. Am sure though that this team will beat La Salle!

walang cheating about the no call of a foul on maierhofer’s attempt. kung tingnan mo ang reply, di pa nya nabitawan ang bola, time na and then the foul( if there was any) was committed. so in hindsight, wala talaga yan.plus inoverrule pa ng 2 refs yung isa. i mean c’mon, give it a rest. it was just composure and the killer instinct of Ateneo that sealed the game.

wag ka na magalit, pare.at least our players are not the kind of people who go around punching other player’s heads. ehehe.

DO YOU KNOW WHAT CHAMBA MEANS, IT MEANS IF YOU WON A BALL GAME BY ONE OR TWO POINTS, JUST LIKE THE WINS OF ATENEO OVER LA SALLE THIS SEASONS, AND THAT WINS WON’T EVEN MATTER IF THEY LOSE LATER,, TSK TSK TSK

    ANIMO ATENEO!
