Wanted: Rain Maker
Hasn’t been raining regularly in Davao… bad for the agriculture business… those who are exempt from this problem are the rich corporate farms that have expensive irrigation systems in place or those who are planting crops that don’t need that much water in the first place (e.g. pineapple)…
Two days ago we had like a 20 minute downpour… the day after more like a 20 second “wetting”… prior to that: zero, zip, zilch… this is bad bad bad…
