Rough Ride
Going home from Gen San, we took a chartered plane ride to Davao. The bad thing was that Davao was experiencing some very strong rain. According to the Pilot, the Davao Airport doesn’t allow small planes to land during rainy weather because of the lack of visibility. After an hour of waiting for the weather in Davao to clear we were allowed take off.
On the way there we met the front end of the rain clouds from Davao, which led to a very bumpy ride… I felt like hurling in the plane as the pilot worked to steady the ride as we were wobbling in 3 axis’… The pilot then diverted the plane further away to sea so as to keep us out of the clouds which could lead to an even bumpier ride…Touching down in Davao though was a very smooth experience as the rains and buffeting winds had already passed us…

nice ride! i remember when my night flight going back to davao when theres slight bumping last saturday night. my set seatmate just do the sign of the cross and i just sleep since im so tired and dont mind crashing. LOL!
