Here I am… 500 meters above sea level over looking the ocean… and I see this at my feet… a piece of corral… and thousands of of others like it… even a clam shell…

Made me realize that a billion years ago this place was once covered by the sea and that my life’s experience is but an insignificant iota compared to what this little corral and it’s brethren have gone through.
