Philippine Banana Growers and Exporters Assoc
Just incase people are looking for this very hard to find office… they are located at F. Inigo st (formerly Anda) right infront of the Philam Life building, right beside the Dizon Farms office… its a very very small screen door inside an dark alley with no name attached to it that will announce that it is the entrance to the PBGEA…
The funny thing about looking for this office is that I was on the other side of Anda St near the Metrobank area (as that was where I was initially pointed at), I asked the guard at the adjacent office (”export” something) if he knew where it was. He replied that he didn’t know, but there have been a lot of people already asking him for the whereabouts of this office… I gave up asking the people around and decided to let my fingers do the walking and started calling up contacts in the banana industry who might know where this office is at… after I found out I went back to the guard and told him where it is, so that next time he can point people to the right direction *snicker*
On the way there my wife and I got surprised by a very loud horn blaring at our back… an open wrangler jeep with an old man driving shouted as he passed us by: “Tumabi tabi naman djan”… I was wondering what he meant by that as we were on the side of the road already, my wife and I threw each other perplexed looks… then the Doofus realized that he was far away from the centerline of the road as he suddenly veered back to it… some old farts just shouldn’t be driving anymore *snicker*
Note: The Philippine Banana Growers and Exporters Assoc is an organization of Mindanao Banana Exporters. Other orgs & associations can be found at Davao City’s Online Telephone Directory.

just delete this comment if you don’t allow such words hehe) hmmmm okay it’s official, I’m not yet over my angst about that jerk driver I encountered last time…muntik ng mag evaporate ang eardrum ko sa lakas ng horn nya…hayyyy
Hahaha… pang barko ba ang busina?
are the people in PBGEA accommodating?
i’m planning to call them and get some information or data, if possible for my study on bananas.
I guess in my experience I had no trouble getting data from them because I had a Tita there. Sadly though she passed away already early this year.
