The story of Cherifer…

adsc00607.jpgMy sister swears by it… her daughter, my niece… is 3 years younger than her sister… she started taking cherifer when she was still a baby… she is now only an inch shorter than her older sister… as with my other friends and in-laws who say that their kids grow faster and are more active and smart… of course my nurse cousin says that genetics still plays a large part in it…

I have already started my son on it last week… can’t really say that there is any effect yet… but hey, if it all works out, my son could reach 6 ft in height… you don’t have to be a center son… just a Shooting Small Forward will do *snicker*… then of course now that the cat’s out of the bag, should we be surprised to see that the average height of the next generation will be 6″?

While you chew on that, here’s an interesting article on the origins of cherifer

I heard the same stories about cherifer ^^
If only it was available during our times. hihihi ^^

    I’ve tried
    1. chinese senyong balls
    2. b1,6,12 (vitamist) -> really works! added an
    inch to my height
    3. stretching exercises aiming to increase the length of your spinal cord -> worked also
4.gadgets that supposedly would stimulate your pituitary glands -> maybe tried it too late already hihihi
5.another chinese medicine -> was too expensive to continue ^^

I hope your son does grow to be healthy and tall! Normally, sons grow taller than their dads ^^ hope he doesn’t bully you when he grows up. hahaha ^^

[…] Cherifer, a very popular food supplement in the Philippines that helps aid in increasing one’s height. Now if this were only available in my time, then instead of looking eye to eye with most people, I would be towering over them. A lot had been invested by my father in medicines that he hoped would increase his boy’s heights. The most that I could remember was growth stimulants that had to be delivered via a sharp prick in one’s gluteus maximus. Sadly none of them ever got us over 6 ft. The only one in our family who nearly touched 6 ft was the eldest, missed it by an inch or so. […]

Feed your children meat! Especially beef. there’s a reason why white people are tall. it’s because of what they eat. We Pinoys eat crap.
