Well the truth is, neither of them passed muster… as we found out a few weeks ago that our son is lactose intolerant because he always had gas pains and he suddenly developed diarrhea… which necessitated a trip to our doctor who then recommended us to switch to Enfalac… checking the ingredients I found out that its similar to what Nan and S-26 have, although majority of the dosage were lower.
