Prepare for Next Year’s El Nino

flowers_jonathan_dietric_01.pngThis year is La Nina year, evidenced by the uncharacteristically exorbitant amount of rainfall that we are getting… this year will be a good year for crop production in Mindanao. The trade off also is that we get flooding all the time, fair enough trade off I say…what people should know, is that next year is an El Nino year, based from history El Nino always follows a La Nina… meaning we won’t be having that much rainfall and drought will set in…

This should give people ample time to prepare reservoirs in their farms and think up of other stuff to be able to stockpile on water…

Hi - found your blog through a Google search. Any chance of you live blogging Game 3 of the Ateneo-UST match today? Alumni like me who are overseas don’t have any other way to follow the match. Thanks.
