I wish they would expand the diversion road in Davao… because slow moving vehicles slow everybody down since it’s very difficult to pass them with the road having two lanes only… and yup, those big trucks do slow down some when they try to climb those hills…

So it might be expensive to expand the Diversion Road… how about only the parts with inclines?… make a third lane so that it won’t be so dangerous to overtake…

It’s election year next year… so it’s good to think out loud *snicker*
