Just give them 2k, fill up the form and PRESTO your a GOOD MORALLED Mechanical Engineer. (How will they know?). And i even asked the Lady at the counter if whether they had a database for Lifetime PSME members and she said "Ahmmm.. Wala pa po sir..." hahahaha...
