I finally found out what killed my hard drive… some industrious ants decided to make a home out of it… eating away at the foam…. I don’t think that’s something that you can have RMA’d… now I’m going to have to apply ant chalk around my computer as part of it’s maintenance cycle…

Now I’ve seen everything… bleh, to think that I used to follow a no eating policy in our server rooms to keep away pests and scavengers… grarrrrrr….
