Smart Wi-Fi Rebate…

I reported last december’s downtime to Smart Wi-Fi’s billing department in order to cash in on some rebates… they took my complaint then gave me a number to follow up with billing… bleh… why do I have to waste time to follow up on my rebate?, I thought…

Good enough at this months statement I saw that my bill was adjusted… I only have to pay Php 315… that’s one point for Smart Wi-Fi… Now I really have to make it a conscious effort to always report my downtimes to Smart WiFi.

It’s a good thing also that they now have a 1-800 no. that way I can call on (1-800-10-672-7277), because those long distance calls to Manila are just murder on the wallet… and yes I don’t have a Smart SIM so that I can call *1888

I want to be optimistic and say that Smart WiFi is out to offer a good service for it’s customers… because who in his right mind would want to set up a company in this day and age that doesn’t aim for customer retention? And what customer in his right mind would want to use a service that is synonymous with continous outages? :-P
