The ironic thing about this, is that according to the report, the majority of the players are in the United States… which doesn’t allow online gambling…

If ever you decide to put up a business like this… you have to make sure that you (or at least, your servers) are in a country that allows this kind of thing… I am assuming that this isn’t allowed in the Philippines unless PAGCOR is the one behind it…
