Keep your Friends Close…
Some former officemates are in Davao and are staying with us for a week… dinner conversation turned to thoughts of Manila… They asked if there was anything we missed in Manila… my wife of course mentioned her family… while I had to say the weekend malling… (something cozy about being in a mall for me *snicker*) but aside from that, nothing more… Davao is a great place to be in because of the convenience it brings as well as the stress free environment…
Then this evening a highschool bud texted me and I called him… we actually had a very long conversation… then another officemate texted us…
Right then and there I realized that there was in fact one thing I missed very much… and that was the company of my friends in Manila… bonds that have been cultivated for such a long time bring so much joy whenever you experience their company again…
Now if I could only convince all of them to move to Davao then that would be swell *snicker*
