Makro Pilipinas Davao…
I don’t know how many times I’ve ranted about Makro Davao being the suckiest place to shop… but I just felt like enumerating the stuff that make it so bad…
1. Always no stock, little stock… or worse… old stock… crap people… they call it inventory planning… LEARN IT!
2. No Free Plastic Bags…
3. No covered parking lot…
4. Who the hell keeps rearranging the stacks???… unfriendly layout…
5. Not enough people to man the cash registers… crap the lines were so long and yet only 3 cash registers were being manned… I have to pity another customer in the previous line… she was asking the cashier to hurry up as she had an appointment to go to….
6. No airconditioning…
7. Same price as NCCC… so what’s the benefit of membership shopping if the price is going to be the same with your local grocery store???
8. Confusing price tags… what I thought to be P24.00 noodles, turned out to be P90.00… to my shock of course when I paid for it…
9. unfriendly staff… not to mention, staff who don’t know where stuff are… not necessary? ask any staff from NCCC where soy sauce is… they’ll lead you to the correct aisle… here, they’ll say that they don’t know because it’s not their section…
I have to recount also an unfriendly encounter with one of the girls at the check-in counter… my wife checked in our umbrella and then we decided not to go in anymore… the girl who checked in our umbrella left so another girl came along… she said that checkouts can only occur in the exit… huwatt??? you want me to go around just to pick-up something 3 feet away from you???… the other alternative was to enter via the exit door… and get drenched along the process because of the pouring rain outside… and she of course stuck with the policy… so I got wet in the fucking process… dumb-dumb-dumb company…
To quote the customer before me… “pambihira naman tong tindahan niyo” … when he found out that they don’t give free plastic bag’s for grocery ( I think they charge P10.00~15.00 per bag)
I should start taking bets as to when this store is going to close… not that they might go bankrupt… they just might actually piss people off enough for them to burn the effing place to the ground… *snicker*…
