The Grand Men Seng is one of the largest hotels in the City, located strategically in what was formerly known as Magallanes St. ( I think they call it Roxas now)… I used to play in that open field before the Grand Men Seng was ever built. *sigh*, memories when we were still young, innocent and under Marcos’ rule… *snicker*
