As a young lad I got introduced early to computers when my dad got an Apple ][ e for the house… yup, this was the future… I got hooked ever since… but the computing age really never got that much mainstream and into every household, till they invented the mouse… that was 1984… the year the Mac was rolled out by Steve Jobs in their yearly stockholders meeting…

There’s a great interview on CNET with Arno Penzias, one half of the team that formulated the Big Bang Theory that assumed that the Universe started with a giant explosion.

Kinda weird because it discusses his forays into renewable energy, the impending environmental crisis, as well as alluding world changing processes with Alexander the Great’s feat of getting Elephants to cross the Alps… something that big can’t be easily convinced to cross a frikkin chilled mountain.

I got a text from my tita that they’re harvesting banana’s tomorrow in their farm. Great!, I always wanted to catch up on the latest harvesting technique’s (if there are any.)

The catch… it’s at 5AM in the morning… grarrrr…

I was asking the consultant a while back on when was the right time to harvest bananas, he said… just time it so that you have your banana’s packed when the buyer arrives… ohhhh-kay. Well it doesn’t get any easier than that.
