For the rain… that waters my plants… that will feed my family… that will soothe their hungry roots… and ease the pain in my back, when I have to water them manually

already in Davao… I have to list these observations of myself before I forget…

1. I’m really dark now..
2. My feet… are now coarse and ugly
3. I drive like a madman already and can u-turn without guilt of blocking traffic.
4. I’ve grown stronger from lifting all those beer and coke cases
5. I’ve lost most of my belly, face still looks flat though… but muy mwacho as my wife agrees with me…
6. I’ve lost my pesky cough and fits.
7. I can tell which tissue is the better tissue by looking at it…
8. 33.6kbps is starting to look pretty fast to me…
9. I’m closer to the earth than I’ve ever been, with me planting my 100 seedlings…
10. I’ve grown more assertive with my exposure to customers… everything is a hardsell…
11. making a baby is still difficult.
12. I’ve felt once again the loyalty and love that a dog has for it’s master…
13. I’m good at making a dog love me… hehehe…
14. I now know WTF borax is… sheesh…
15. I’ve finally learned to love CSI and not think of it as some boring show…
16. Can’t wait for the UAAP to begin…
17. I miss all my friends, but am happy that I’m in the land of birth…
18. Everybody I know is in Farm time… wherein these guys concept of time is in months… (ex. 7 months from now you will reap your harvest)… I dread the day when I start to think like that and stop being impatient…

so far… that’s it…

My wife has been teasing me that I should request the producers of CSI (hello, jerry, how about this for a tv series) to start our own CSI here in Davao. Given that we have lot’s of vigilante murders occuring within the city… but heck, that’s why I think it’s very safe in the first place…
