Divisoria…
Yup… boys and girls… I went with my wife there… looking at it from a macro perspective… that is the predecessor of the modern day mall… I went there before but what I saw was the other side… where all the cloth’s were, what I went to today was a different place… there were a lot of chinese there selling… nothing new about that…
To coin a popular mall’s logo… they’ve got it all!… and cheap too… they say that the SM of today can compete with the prices at divisoria… and that is because of the presence of an SM in China… it’s a portal for the entrance of the cheap goods into their stores… so they say…
It was a learning experience of course… one can actually make a living trading the goods from there… but one has to learn to look for the best deal not to mention be tolerant of the heat and the crowds… it’s definitely a dumping ground for all the factories… not to mention the imports from China… some of the items there were not so reliable though… one has to learn also to discern the good… from the lasts for 1 week only…
The incoming week which hosts valentine’s day saw the influx of valentine’s goods… everybody was going gaga buying them…
