Adaptation…

I used to hate days like these…

1. You don’t have a charger for your palm running on 10% batt
2. Your 17″ monitor dies out…
3. Your entire PC dies out…

But now… I feel that this is a test of my adaptation skills… skills that I say are in it’s infancy… I’ve spent a too sheltered life, walking to school… taking a carpool to college… living in a controlled manufacturing environment…

Time to break those strings.. .

Was able to work things out by.

1. The guy who sold it to me offered to sell me his original charger for 500 bucks… I wanted to double check if there was a place where I could buy a charger. Going through all the shops and not finding any specific to the zire 71… but I did find out that the charger usually sells for 580~800 bucks… so definitely it would be more beneficial to me to buy the one from the original owner…
2. It would cost 850 bucks to repair my monitor… wala pa yung cost of parts there… mas mura pa to buy a new one and just sell the old one… because the monitor is 3 years old already and I never figured for it to last that long… oh well… cheap monitors aren’t worth that much anymore.
3. My entire pc dies out… still trying to figure how to work this out… this definitely throws a monkey wrench into some stuff I was planning to work on during the weekend… most especially my cd for the wedding album… haaay buhay… can’t live without a PC… it has to be the effect of the Monitor crapping out… you know how sensitive PC parts are to sudden fluctuations in electricity… oh well… it was about time to change it anyway… the problem now is… where am I going to find the moolah to fix it? there just definitely has to be a cheaper alternative to this…

And this is another test in adaptation…
