I borrowed this from Ng Khai’s founder and tried to connect it to where I am now

1. I know what is expected of me at work
— good question… but people like to slip things in my plate that my boss isn’t aware of
2. I have the materials and equipment I need to do my work right
— yup well provided child here
3. At work I have the opportunity to do what I do best every day
— nope… well once a month I get this opportunity..
4. In the last seven days I have received recognition or praise for doing good work
— hmmmm… yup I guess so… from my peers
5. My supervisor or someone at work, seems to care about me as a person
— yup… but my disatisfaction is way beyond his capacity to correct right now…
6. There is someone at work who encourages my development
— yup, all the bosses.
7. At work my opinions seem to count
— yup, to but in reality it’s actually jobs disguised as questions that are being passed on to me…
8. The mission or purpose of my company makes me feel that my job is important
— yup… too bad the system sucks… big time… just goes to show, that sometimes… you can’t bake the cake and eat it too…
9. My associates or fellow employees are committed to doing quality work
— yup… I hope
10. I have a best friend at work
— harharhar… yes… my wife
11. In the last six months someone at work has talked to me about my progress
— hmmm… good question… I should ask that of my boss.
12. This last year I have had opportunities at work to learn and grow.
— yup… even to travel… but to grow?… hahaha… well paid button pusher here…

Did something I haven’t done in a long time… go to mass during the Immaculate Conception… that is Dec 8 of every year for us Catholics…

I went to mass with Wifey and her sister who is visiting manila for a job interview…
